What does the liberal Democratic party, who is facing a trouncing in the fall elections, do when their credible platform is almost non-existent?
Since the party’s record is a little difficult to support such as : the border crisis, inflation, soaring food / housing prices, skyrocketing gas costs, the Afghanistan death toll with those forgotten and left behind to die or be tortured, the poor response to war with Russia over Putin invading Ukraine, The Jan. 6th Committee tribunal, and then there’s the unending COVID crisis they keep stoking to force their mandates on America.
These are all Biden administration accomplishments that give the Democratic Party a clear black eye worldwide. What is to be done to stop this train? Hmm?
You create a MASSIVE DIVERSION to get your base of radical supporters to rally around a central issue, which then you can claim to champion - Abortion Rights.
For years the left has been hovering / mulling over the possible repeal of Roe v Wade, both in lectures and opinions like the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a champion of women’s rights, in her opinion regarding this issue.
According to Newsweek –
“Ginsburg was a frequent critic of Roe v. Wade, especially its framing and the speed in which it was pushed through. In a much-quoted lecture she gave at New York University in 1992, Ginsburg noted how Roe was an example of how "Doctrinal limbs too swiftly shaped...may prove unstable."
And there is Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who in March of 2020 grandstanded on the Supreme Court steps, speaking at a rally of abortion rights supporters, appearing to threaten Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, who at the time were involved in adjudicating a presentation of a Louisiana law, regarding regulation on doctors there, who performed abortions.
Speaking directly to Justices Cavanaugh and Gorsuch, he was quoted on camera as stating, in an angry rebuke before a cheering crowd -
“You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price!”

Then as more and more Democratic Party accomplishments continue to pile on, a (likely bought and sold) Supreme Court law clerk, willing to ruin his/her distinguished career leaks the very thing you need – A Supreme Court draft opinion overturning the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling. The left, though some are truly incensed, can’t believe their good fortune.
The progressive left has been now been provided with a bell to ring at the highest hill – calling all their liberally brainwashed, college educated, woke populous to battle. If you can be seen to lead the emotional charge, maybe others too can vote liberal left and “stop” the conservative Supreme Court Justices from stealing their reproductive freedoms. This is how you ask the media to spin it and we all know the press marches to the beat of their drum.
The scene unfolding is much like standing afar off and shouting to others - to stir a boiling pot to watch it bubble over and hopefully burn some of them.
Enter again, Senator Chuck Schumer, who on this past Sunday declared his effort to keep the base stirred for the second time by putting a radical Abortion Rights Bill before the U.S. Senate for a full vote. This legislation lays out abortion rights as a law. Likely this full vote is to target those who vote against it. This is nothing more than power posturing, using Senate time, taxpayers’ dollars and keeping the stirred up angry based appeased. An earlier attempt to pass this bill failed.
In an interview Sunday, on Fox News “Sunday Morning Futures”, Senator Ted Cruz(R-TX) discussed the bill as “not have the votes” this time either, and further explained that the document consists of some of the most radical language imaginable with regard to abortion.
The left doesn’t care about the human cost of this political game they play – among the losers:
All the Democratic left needs to do is continue to stir the pot and when it stops boiling, add more salt and stand back!
Additionally, Sen. Cruz noted in the same interview on Fox, that the left-wing groups attempting to intimidate the justices to change their votes, as well the lack of condemnation from the Biden White House regarding the threats is:
“shameful,” … adding (Biden is) “literally threatening the lives of these justices.” for refusing to “condemn” the violent protesters threatening the U.S. Supreme Court justices as well as their families.”
He went on to say:
“We have got left-wing groups now that have published the addresses of justices,” “The intent of this clerk was to bully and threaten and intimidate the justices to changing their votes. And I got to say, this week, it was shameful that the White House refused to condemn violent protesters threatening the families of the Supreme Court.”…“It is disgraceful” adding “It’s the same thing we saw with Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots, where the left embraced them. And now they’re embracing mob violence to get their partisan outcome.”
While the pot boils figuratively, the threat is very real. Because their addresses were published, a group of radical pro-abortion activists was able to gather outside the homes of multiple U.S. Supreme Court Justices this past Saturday, protesting what they believe will force change in the Court’s expected decision to repeal Roe v. Wade.
When protesters stopped at Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home, which was reportedly promoted by one of Kavanaugh’s neighbors, (Great folks huh?) they shouted “No uterus, no opinion”.
These pro-abortion activists, as Senator Cruz stated, have been enabled by the Biden’s White House, which would not condemn protests outside of the Justices’ homes. WH Press Secretary Jen Psaki claimed at a WH briefing, that peaceful protests are “not extreme” and “there’s a long history in the United States” of protests adding (she does not) “have an official U.S. government position on where people protest.”
Of course, they don’t, that would turn the fire down on the boiling pot – and they are hoping for the most vapor pressure they can get at this point. They want to foster the boil over.
Hopefully, the Supreme Court will stand its ground and not bend to this dangerous charade, no matter the outcome.
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas told a gathering last Thursday-
“We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you the outcomes you want,” (on Roe v. Wade). “The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.

No stranger to opposition, Thomas’s remarks are characteristic of the justice, who is often willing to be the sole dissenter in a case. As the most senior associate justice, many regard Thomas as the anchor of the conservative wing of the court. The left strongly opposes him, however, because he is black and doesn’t play their game.
Mark Paoletta, former general counsel to the Office of Management and Budget under former President Donald Trump said of Thomas-
-“Democrats “hate” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas “because he’s a black conservative who has never bowed to their view of what a black man should think,”
All eyes are watching this over the top woke leftist’s charade unfold. Hopefully America won’t be fooled into thinking this is less than a MASSIVE diversion, intended to affect their own voting - whatever the court outcome will be.
It should not cloud the judgement of US Citizens in electing those who will bring back common sense to Washington that honor God, Country, the Family and “voiceless American infants” we are losing every day - by voting their conscience.
