A 10-year-old girl, the victim of rape, whose story was cited by President Joe Biden, after she traveled from Ohio to Indiana to seek an abortion continues to unfold. The tragic insights of the story, as it pertains to a minor, make details difficult to verify.
Eager for any story the left can put forward, about the injustice women face, or are suffering from as a result of the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, is something they used as a weapon, against the courts conservative justices. It doesn’t matter to them whether they are serving up a 10-year-olds trauma or not.
In fact, President Biden had no qualms about elevating the story, into the national spotlight, to prove his point about callous Republicans and a weaponized Supreme Court. The reality is that the perpetrator of this crime is an illegal alien living here in the U.S. – a fact that was not checked before Biden said this in his seemingly misdirected outrage –
“Ten years old. Raped. Six weeks pregnant. Already traumatized. Was forced to travel to another state,” … “Imagine being that little girl. Just — I’m serious — just imagine being that little girl.”

In reality – the rape at the hands of Gershon Fuentes, a 27-year-old illegal alien, arraigned in court on Wednesday after he was arrested and charged, was more the point. According to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official, it has been confirmed that Fuentes is an illegal alien living in the United States.
Biden was so quick to tell this child’s story, he didn’t check the facts beforehand. Biden has single-handedly has left these undocumented, illegal migrants, into our county who have the ability to rape America’s children. Robbing this child of her youth and dignity was more the point Joe.
Further, According to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost (R), Ohio’s abortion law-
“has a medical emergency exception, broader than just the life of the mother.”…“she did not have to leave Ohio to find treatment.”

Apparently, Yost went on to say that law enforcement was not properly notified of this situation, by the reporting doctors, causing his offices to initially question the validity of the story. The doctor who saw this child called an out of state resource to handle this situation, bypassing the proper chain of reporting.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, a doctor who conducts abortions in Indiana, claimed that she received a call from a child abuse doctor in Ohio, about a girl who was six weeks and three days pregnant. Since Ohio has banned abortions for women over six weeks pregnant, and not really understanding the law, these physicians took matters into their own hands. The doctor’s actions should be reviewed as well, by their own medical boards as it regards their jobs as mandatory reporters.
At the time, it was noted by the Dispatch -“The girl soon was on her way to Indiana to Bernard’s care,” because abortion was still legal in Indiana.
Dr. Bernard refused to share further details about the story, even though she was contacted by several media outlets at that time. Left-wing fact checker Snopes posted on its website –
“Bernard had not returned our request for an interview, and we had not been able to independently corroborate the abortion claim.”

So, Biden’s office never checked the facts, as to who raped this child, nor how it was handled by the local law enforcement and associated health care services – yet he used her story of abuse, to tug at the heart strings of Americans, because the nasty Supreme Court and the State of Ohio - made her go the extra mile to get help.
How pathetic.
This administration will say anything, and do anything to give their buddies in the media outlets, a hot story they can run with, for who knows how long. This is as long as it suits their purposes.
There’s is no doubt now that this child was assaulted, nor that she traveled out of state to get help but neither Biden nor his administration has gone back to identify her rapist as an illegal alien, nor clear the State of Ohio, for their laws that were sincerely compassionate in this circumstance – had someone notified them properly.
That the pro-abortion doctors decided to deal with this independently and Joe Biden used the situation, one wonders if there was not some collusion afoot in his administration to produce this story for him, especially after the girl mother reported her pregnant. For that matter, when all other sources could not get the facts – how did they get this story to be able to build hype with it? Perhaps a leak from the pro-abortion doctors themselves? Hmm.
Tragically, Joe Biden and his administrative cronies have used the assault and trauma to a child to feed their leftist meter, with the complicit media’s help. They needed to get their facts straight. For once they need to tell the TRUTH – America don’t hold your breath.
It is a small comfort to know that this person, here in the U.S wrongfully, and having raped this little girl, will be losing his freedoms to hurt anyone else.

“During Wednesday’s hearing, Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Dan Meyer requested Fuentes be held without bond. He said Fuentes is not believed to be in the country legally and there are questions about his identity. [Emphasis added]”

After Fuentes arraignment, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost made this statement-
"We rejoice anytime a child rapist is taken off the streets." adding the he’s "absolutely delighted that this monster has been taken off the street. If convicted, he should spend the rest of his life in prison."

Fuentes allegedly has admitted to raping the 10-year-old girl on two occasions and remains in the Franklin County Jail on $2 million bail. If convicted of this first-degree felony, he could serve a life sentence. DNA testing is underway. Further, ICE has also has placed a detainer on Fuentes to take him into their custody if for some unknown reason, he is released from local police custody.
America, the facts are important – no matter what the media says. That we have members of society, the radical left, led by President Biden, that is willing to serve up a little girl’s trauma is reprehensible. This story is a prime example of the abuse of the medias power and of the Biden’s administration’s neglect. Sadly, this is likely just one more circumstance, that the American populace has not been told the straight truth about. We need to remember that the best lie is one that contains a small bit of truth.
This nation needs to strive to know the whole-truth. The decisions America makes need to be based on it.
