On Friday, detailing allegations that he and an aide, Waltine (“Walt”) Nauta, conspired to hide boxes that contained classified documents, including sensitive national security secrets, the federal government unsealed the indictment against former President Donald Trump. The indictment also claims that Trump and Nauta obstructed efforts to reclaim the documents.
The 49-page indictment, released by U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Jack Smith, lays out the federal government’s argument against Trump. Reportedly, the Justice Department alleges that Trump mishandled classified documents after he left office, including storing them in a ballroom and a bathroom at Mar-a-Lago. Photos of these stored boxes were included in the indictment.
intended to portray Trump’s handling of the documents as careless and / or reckless. There has also been some speculation as to whether some of the photos released had been staged during the Mar-a-Lago raid last August.
The left, in its’ all-out war on Trump, has levied this second allegation in recent days, following a New York court indictment in Manhattan in March. This new indictment includes 38 counts of alleged crimes, along with 31 separate counts of alleged willful retention of national defense information under the Espionage Act.
The indictment also reportedly contains references to Trump’s previous statements, as a candidate and as president, about the importance of handling classified documents properly. As a means of entrapment, these statements may be used to suggest Trump’s knowledge of the law, or public statements he made, meant to reinforce his own opinion on the subject, may be used to suggest hypocrisy on the part of the former president.
Allegedly, Trump is described as having deceived his lawyers about the location of some boxes. Reportedly this caused at least one of them to make an unknowingly false statement, to authorities, certifying that all documents sought had been returned to the government.
Reportedly, additional details about the stored documents than had previously been known, were also shared. These statements included, that some of the documents contained information about past attacks on the United States, or foreign countries’ nuclear capabilities.
Trump, maintaining his innocence, labeled the indictment, the “Boxes Hoax.” and stated on Truth Social-
“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” …“even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania.”

The whole effort smacks of ‘show me the man and I’ll show you the crime’. The duplicity of the DOJ is beyond shocking. The only thing missing here is Biden’s corvette.
Merrick Garland and the Biden DOJ have really gone off the deep end this time – literally using whatever means possible to find a crime that fits the man. In their all-out effort with the “deep state”, to stop Trump from seeing re-election by the American people, they are hoping to tie him up in a court of law or convict him to preclude him from serving at all.
By example, they have thrown out the rule of law, as it applies equally to all under the U.S. constitution, however Special Counsel Jack Smith, is using it as a hammer against Trump – ignoring those other elected officials with far weightier issues regarding documents held. Even now, this administration, is seeking to try Trump, in the court of public opinion.
Americans are not stupid and see through the deflection of a corrupt Biden family enterprise that seemingly sees itself above the law. That this indictment was made on the very same day that the FBI released damning information regarding the Biden’s is no co-incidence. The truth is still coming out – one bank record and one document at a time. Trump, is not the issue here – the manipulation of justice is.
Simply put, the Biden’s are above the law - while Trump is literally persecuted by their twisted application of it. The bag is overflowing and the smell has become putrid. The trash needs emptied America. No amount of deodorizer will do – the weaponized FBI / DOJ and executive branch of this government need sent to the landfill.
Again Trump is not really the issue here, he just happens to be the person standing in the way of this administrations goals for their own socialist form of America. The lefts total disregard for the U.S Constitution, as it is foundational to this nation, is what’s at stake. Those who twist the laws of this land to serve themselves, disregard it’s meaning or circumvent it altogether must go.
