Will wonders never cease. If you don’t like what the Supreme court rules, you just try to circumvent the ruling to get the result that you want. Why have a judicial system at all if it can be so easily tossed aside as irrelevant? Congress needs to address this issue of executive orders and force issues back into their legislative corner, where they belong.
According to a new report, President Joe Biden and his staff are considering declaring a public health emergency, if Roe v. Wade is overturned by the Supreme Court. Using a declaration of a public health emergency, Biden could shield doctors from legal liability for treating patients in a state where they are not licensed. Additionally, this might include allowing doctors practicing in states that ban abortions to perform them on neutral sites, such as military bases. His administration is leaving no possibility unresearched.
On his recent interview with ABC’s comedian/activist Jimmy Kimmel, Biden stated his willingness to use executive action to blunt any state and local laws on abortion, warning that overturning Roe v. Wade would cause a “mini-revolution” in the United States.
Referring to the possible Roe Vs Wade reversal of the law Biden stated-
“It’s just ridiculous in my view and I don’t think the country will stand for it, but I think what we’re going to have to do, there’s some executive orders I could employ, we believe, we’re looking at that right now,”.

In a May Associated Press tweet, Biden addressed the Roe V Wade controversy, loosely tying it to the LGBTQI+ movement and the MAGA crowd all in one sixty second spot then walking away as he makes his punch line. His statements made no cohesive sense and his flow of thought was bereft of any, consistently organized thought. Yet America is to believe these views came from the man himself?
In reality they are reflective of the trail of left-wing, radical progressive, staff members that hover around him. His administration is scripting his policies and running the great “OZ”, and we as Americans are to – “pay no attention to that man behind the curtain”.
The Biden’s administration (especially his handlers) is apparently willing to weaponize emergency and wartime executive powers in politically difficult situations. Again, if the law doesn’t suit you, go around it. When does this end? Is Joe Biden a President or a Dictator?
Biden, threatened oil companies with his emergency powers to force the industry to produce more gasoline in the United States, he used the Defensive Production Act to suspend tariffs on solar panels for two years to try and boost the solar industry and more recently invoked the Defense Production Act to try and address the infant formula shortage. His administration apparently is scouring history to find applicable orders for everything from band-aides to garden hoses, to bring to bear the pressure he insists is required to get around the laws he (they) disagree with.
Little wonder the youth of America go astray when those in the highest positions in our land, lie, cheat, steal, defy authority and basically are a law unto themselves. It is an American tragedy of epic proportion that is hard to watch.
