According to a document unearthed by New York Post’s Miranda Devine, Hunter Biden, on a background screening request, recorded monthly rent payments of $49,910 - while living at President Joe Biden’s residence. However, on the same form, curiously, Hunter indicates that he owns the home as well. The listed rent, amounts to $598,920 for the year. Was this claim reported on either of the Biden’s tax records? There is much to ask.
Formally, it should be noted that Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return on Schedule E, only listed $19,800 in “rents received.” In 2018, Biden listed no rents received. Certainly, the sum of almost 600,000 should have been listed somewhere in Joe Biden’s’ taxes. Simply put, the facts, just don’t add up.
On this background screening request, it appears Hunter paid the above sum in monthly rent, for one year, while living at the elder Biden’s Delaware residence. By dates, Hunters tenure there, was also during the time that Joe Biden kept classified documents, alongside his Corvette in the “locked” garage.
The document shows that Hunter listed his rental tenancy from March 2017 to February 2018, though he signed the paperwork in July 2018. During this time, Joe Biden had left the White House and stored a number of classified documents inside his Delaware garage, and at two other locations. Hunters access to these documents was certain.
The first batch of documents found, were at the Penn Biden Center in Washington DC, and are alleged to contain information pertaining to Ukraine and Iran. The second stash of classified documents, were found, in boxes Biden’s garage at his residence in Delaware, alongside, Biden’s vintage Corvette. The third group of papers was discovered, in Biden’s residence, in a room reportedly adjacent to the garage.
This means that Hunter Biden would have had access to these classified files during his stay in his fathers’ home. The above video, also clarifies the fact that Hunters access to the classified documents in question was sure, because according to a press release by Joe Biden sometime later, Hunter was said to have spent time restoring the Corvette as a gift.
On the same document, Owasco PC, Hunter’s law firm, is also listed as an entity Hunter owned in 2018. Rep. James Comer (R) KY, Oversight Committee chair, believes many of Hunter’s suspicious wire transfers, flagged by U.S. banks, involve Owasco PC. Apparently, there is a long time-line of fomenting inconsistencies as well as mis-statements to review.
In his investigation of the Biden family business for wire fraud, Comer has requested Hunter’s personal wealth manager to turn over “suspicious” bank records, connected to the Biden family business schemes. Wire transfers have been the tool of choice for money launderers.
To mitigate the risks to the financial institutions, suspicious wire transfers over $10,000 are flagged for review. Wire transactions involving more than $10,000 are also to be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. Moreover, international wire payments, such as those to James and Hunter Biden, are monitored by the Office of Foreign Assets Control to ensure the money is not a part of corrupt business schemes.
In a 2019 text message to his daughter, Hunter revealed that the Biden family has an arrangement, where reportedly Joe Biden collects half his son’s salary. Again, there are too many loose ends between the two family members. It is a tight ball of string that needs straightening out. In his text the junior Biden wrote-
“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter described in texts to his daughter. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

Hopefully, the Biden family’s payment mechanism, may reveal the core of an entrenched business enterprise, which could involve legal “predicates” for racketeering charges, according to former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman. There is certainly much to be unearthed in this everchanging, twisted plot, regarding the Biden family. It remains to be seen how deep the trail goes. It will also be interesting to see what these Congressional Committees as well as the DOJ find in their investigations. Just how compromised is Joe Biden and along with him, America’s national security? Time will tell.
