Coinciding with President Biden’s support for the recent Transgender Day of Visibility, in addition to changes in programs such as allowing an “X” gender marker option on U.S. passport applications, as well as in the White House Worker and Visitor Entry Systems - the latest lunacy is that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) plans to stoop to the level of the left’s radical transgender movement, adopting “gender neutral” screening at its checkpoints to better suit transgender, nonbinary, and “gender-nonconforming” passengers.
Describing what TSA calls a more “more accurate technology” claiming to “advance civil rights,” the new system effectively reduces the number of pat-down screenings for those who refuse to identify as one of the two currently valid biological sexes. This new “Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TSA officers ” will officially “permit less invasive screening procedures for certain passengers who trigger the AIT scanner in a sensitive area.”
Moving beyond its’ current “gender-based AIT [Advanced Imaging Technology] system” at airport checkpoints, TSA announced that “This change will reduce pat downs for TSOs and the traveling public without compromising security and will be in effect until the new gender-neutral AIT screening technology is deployed later this year”.
The statement also boasted of recent changes in “identity validation,” essentially removing gender considerations “when validating a traveler’s identification at airport security checkpoints,” as well as providing an “X” gender option in the current TSA Pre-Check program, enabling non-conforming travelers to choose their gender based strictly on “self-attestation, regardless of the gender on the person’s identification documents.”
In other words, yet another federal agency is devoted now to the use of gender-neutral options for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming passengers, in addition to partnering with airlines to “enhance the overall travel experience” of these persons. Do American consumers realize this funding comes out of their taxes?
Quite boldly this administration has gone off the deep end, focusing on the radical lefts’ subversion of scientific fact with the taxpayers swallowing the bill! Where is America’s indignation over this abuse?
Now because this group of persons thinks or deeply feels something – this must be newly found truth. Additionally, this special interest group should be entitled to special attention and/ or attestation of their emotional self-concept regardless of their true biological sex. Truth and the facts supporting gender science is now irrelevant. Joe Biden and his radical left administration has a new reality to share with the rest of America. Emotionalism equals truth.
However, just because Joe wants to pander to this special interest group, how does this concept work in the real world? Will these radical leftist policies begin to play out in mainstream America? The radical left hopes so. Soon these non-conforming citizens will demand free gas at the pumps because they believe they should be entitled to this advantage, citing economic discrimination as a violation of their civil rights. Where does this madness end?
Besides subverting the scientific facts related to biological gender, will US Taxpayers fund the endless applications that could be conjured up? America is already seeing its tax dollars diverted by this administration in frank support of this special interest - all under the guise of advancing civil rights? Again, who pays for this lunacy?
Essentially, the non-conforming gender based activist thinks – therefore it must be so. If America’s citizens ponder long enough to concerning a non-conforming position on any personally related subject, must it be declared the truth? Additionally, does affirmation of radical thought mean America must pay for it? Where is the US national conscience?
To not trouble to consider - is to let matters proceed in the name of what is right and true, and further, to not act upon things considered, is to essentially grant tacit consent. American taxpayers – “the emperor has no clothes” and your hard-earned dollars are footing the bill.
