Oregon public schools will now be stocking feminine products in boys' bathrooms, thanks to the new Menstrual Dignity Act. This act was created in order to ensure that transgender and gender-nonconforming students have access to menstrual products in a way that is comfortable and respectful for them. This applies for elementary, middle, and high schools. However, there are many who are protesting this decision, saying that it is an unnecessary expense and the Left's ploy at inception propaganda. Concluding- to increase further destruction of American society.
On July 1, 2022, this new more "inclusive" law goes into affect.
Starting next year (2022-23), products will be available in all restrooms (male, female, and all-gender) in every PPS building where education occurs. To ensure timely compliance, PPS ordered 500 dispensers. Dispensers have been installed in all elementary and middle school girls’ restrooms, and more will be installed in all remaining bathrooms, including boys’ restrooms, next year. Instructions for how to use tampons and pads will be posted in all bathrooms.

Many people are applauding this move, saying that it is a step in the right direction for creating a more inclusive society. But really its just another way to continue chopping at 'old' social norms for the Wokes progressive agenda. There are those though, like Bridget Barton, a candidate in the Oregon's Republican Gubernatorial primary who thinks otherwise.

Clearly Brown cares more about what’s going on in the bathrooms than what’s going on in the classrooms."

In addition, all K-12 students are receiving a pamphlet, that Oregon has also published, a 26-page Menstrual Dignity for Students Tool Kit, the introduction of which reads:
Importantly, this law affirms the right to menstrual dignity for transgender, intersex, nonbinary, and two spirit students by addressing the challenges that some students have managing menstruation while minimizing negative attention that could put them at risk of harm and navigating experiences of gender dysphoria during menstruation. Research also connects gender-affirming bathroom access to supporting student safety at school.
In conclusion, they are using a positive premise to insert negative change. This new law has sparked a lot of controversy throughout the state and country. Its sad. There is no need for such products to be available in boys' bathrooms, as only girls menstruate. Just another way to confuse already impressionable male youth. The woke left are slowly chipping away at our society, that will in the end, completely and utterly destroy our country. The gender war continues.
