Missouri AG Bailey Releases Hotline To Report Trans Medicine On Minors

Stepping up the focus, on preventing transgender treatments for children, Andrew Bailey, Missouri Attorney General has created a hotline to report abuse cases of children, who are subjected to transgender medical interventions. Reportedly, the hotline is titled “Transgender Center Concerns Form”. It informs citizens to-

“Complete this form to submit a complaint or concern about gender transition intervention you have experienced or observed in Missouri. “ adding…“The Attorney General is not a private attorney, but enforces the laws of the State of Missouri as written,” and further adds… “By submitting this form, you agree that you may be contacted by the Attorney General’s Office about the facts stated in this complaint or concern. Please complete this form in as much detail as possible.”

In speaking with Breitbart News, Bailey, claimed recently, that in the fight to defend children against transgender medical interventions, his office will leave-

“no stone unturned”…adding… “We are on offense”… “Protecting kids is always worth the effort, and we need to get creative and use every legal recourse we have available to us to stand up and protect kids from this kind of predatory left-wing ideology masquerading as medicine.”

In his recently issued emergency regulation on medical interventions, Bailey seeks to block/prevent changes in a patient’s sex, including the use of cross-sex hormones, puberty blockers, and sex change operations that permanently remove functioning body parts. Bailey wrote his explanation for the regulation, in a recent tweet-

“In an effort to protect children and enforce the laws as written, I am issuing an emergency regulation clarifying that, because gender transition interventions are experimental, Missouri law already prohibits performing them in the absence of specific guardrails,”

In taking-action, to defend children from so-called “gender-affirming care”, other states have put forth their own legislation. Tennessee, and Kentucky are two such states, that have laws addressing transgender transitions for minors. Iowa and Wyoming have also addressed laws regarding transgender policies.

Gov. Bill Lee, from Tennessee, recently signed legislation banning, cross-sex hormone treatment, the use of sex change operations, and puberty blockers on minors. He also signed legislation banning drag performances on public property and in the presence of children.

Lawmakers in the Kentucky State House, passed a bill to prohibit healthcare professionals from attempting to medically transition minors. The law would further  “require an investigation of any report of provision of gender transition services to a person under the age of 18 years” and also would “require revocation of the provider’s license. Additionally if confirmed, it would also provide termination of public funding for a public employee.”

Passing legislation that would bar students from using bathrooms that do not correspond with their biological sex was accomplished recently by Iowa’s State Senate. Additionally, Wyoming, also recently became the 19th state to ban men from participating in women’s sporting events.

Though the woke community continues to sound off against such protections for minors, relying on the highly liberal American Academy of Pediatrics, as one of their supporters, it is refreshing to see parents from across the U.S. as well as legislators, giving our youth a chance to wait and make a more informed decision regarding their sexual orientation. A little time will not harm them.

Too many horror stories are out there now, of adults who transitioned as youth only to find it was a tragic mistake – with little power to return to what once was. The trans-dream, is a long shot and when persons, even adults, can’t make the climb to the happiness and perfection they hope for – they turn to suicide as away out. The examples are growing. Giving our youth an opportunity, aside from the medical/ pharmaceutical industry (that stands to make big money), to really consider what it means, is by far a more sincerely caring/compassionate approach.

“One cool judgment is worth a thousand hasty counsels. The thing to do is to supply light and not heat.”
