Lunden Roberts, the mother of Hunter Biden's daughter, has filed a motion in Arkansas court requesting his arrest for allegedly failing to comply with a child support agreement.
On Tuesday, Roberts, 34, reopened her case against the former First Son, claiming he has not honored the terms of a 2023 settlement that included $5,000 monthly payments and personal engagement with their daughter, Navy Joan, now 6.
The filing has reignited public scrutiny, with many questioning whether personal accountability should outweigh past political privilege in family matters.
Roberts alleges Hunter initially built a bond with Navy Joan through scheduled calls, only to abruptly cease contact in 2024, leaving the child confused and hurt. “MC1, who believes her father will go to heaven, once stated that she ‘could not wait to get to heaven’ so she could ‘be with [her] dad,’” Roberts wrote in the filing. “It is now clear that Mr. Biden's statement was only meant for the purpose it accomplished—successfully inducing Ms. Roberts to agree to take less money for her daughter's support,” the filing asserts. That’s a sharp accusation, suggesting manipulation over genuine intent.
