Donna Brazile is a well-known Democratic strategist, in an recent interview she calls the 2020 election the "big lie" and she claims that the Republicans are not as involved in the primaries as the Democrats are. Proclaiming that this will lead to a victory for the Democrats in November.
Brazile said:
“The Republicans are essentially running on fumes. They’re running on the energy of 2020, which is the big lie. Democrats are running on an economy that’s roaring back, that is fighting inflation, that is helping the Ukrainians. Democrats will run on what they delivered. Republicans are going to run on the fumes of 2020.”
Brazile has been a vocal critic of the Republican Party and she believes that they are not doing enough to help the economy. She also thinks that the Democrats are in a better position to win the elections due to their involvement in the primaries. We all can see that she is just trying to promote her own party and trash the opposing.
Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, representing the Republican party, responded to Brazile:
“Come on,” Christie replied. “We’re running on the gas that Joe Biden is giving us at $5 a gallon. That’s what we’re running on. We’re running on $5 gasoline. We’re running on 8.5% inflation. We’re running on a failed withdrawal from Afghanistan. We’re running on a president and a Democratic Party -that their own party … said this week created this inflation through the rescue plan in January.”
The Republicans have been working hard to get ready for November, while the Democrats have been, in reality, busy ruining our economy! With former President Trump endorsing representatives in states like Ohio and Alaska, the polls are saying there is a very good chance to take those seats and many more.
Donna Brazile is wrong, the Republicans are just as involved in the primaries. Stabilizing the economy and fighting inflation, are high on the priority list. We are ready to take on the Democrats in November!
