Ex-Biden Official, “Genderfluid” Sam Brinton, Arrested As “Fugitive Of Justice”

The MIT grad, who was formerly appointed by Joe Biden’s administration to serve a key nuclear role, before being fired, Sam Brinton, was reportedly arrested Wednesday as a “fugitive of justice.” Brinton claims to be “openly genderfluid” and uses the pronouns they and them.

The “nonbinary” activist, formerly tapped by Joe Biden for a senior Department of Energy position was fired for stealing women’s clothes. He was literally caught on camera stealing luggage last year, and was ordered to pay $3,670 in restitution to the victim. His arrest comes six months after stealing women’s clothes in multiple airports.

Previously, Brinton was spared jail time, after pleading no contest to the theft. According to court records obtained by Fox 5,  for Brinton’s walking away with a woman’s suitcase from Las Vegas‘ Harry Reid International Airport in July 2022, his misdemeanor conviction sentence was, shockingly, a 180-day suspended sentence.

Additionally, Brinton was instructed by the judge, at the time, to avoid engaging in any further criminal activity, as per the court documents in Las Vegas. Literally, after nationally cavorting around wearing the stolen clothing, and lying about the matter, Brinton walked away with a hand-slap, while his victims, at the time, got no real justice.

However, after the incident was made public, the 35-year-old MIT grad was fired. According to Breitbart News, Brinton was originally seen on surveillance footage wearing a white T-shirt , with a large rainbow-colored atomic nuclear symbol design, as well as caught wearing the same, in an Instagram photo posted later that day. Brinton was literally seen red-handed between the video and the post.

This week however, according to police logs, Montgomery County, Maryland, enforcement officers took Brinton into custody at “their” home, after a search had been conducted. Reportedly, “four unmarked police showed up last night, they would not let his spouse Kevin leave. After about an hour Sam Brinton was escorted out in handcuffs, “ a neighbor told the Daily Wire.

Reportedly, one of Brinton’s victims, Asia Odorous Khamsin, a Tanzanian fashion designer based in Houston, had appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight, in In March, to say that her luggage had been stolen from Reagan National Airport in 2018. She reportedly was on her way to a fashion show, for which this loss - ruined her ability to show her designs at the gatherings to which she was invited. Brinton was later pictured wearing one of her one-of-a-kind designs that had been in the suitcase, Khamsin said.

According to the Daily Wire, who was present at his arraignment on Thursday, before Judge Victor Del Pino -

“Rob Yingling, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), said airport police “executed a search warrant May 17 in Montgomery County, Maryland, in connection with allegations of stolen property in luggage from Reagan National Airport that was brought to the department’s attention in February 2023. With the assistance of Montgomery County Police, Samuel Otis Brinton, age 35, of Rockville, Maryland, was taken into custody Wednesday pending charges of Grand Larceny.”

“Montgomery County police spokeswoman Sheira Goff said “The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police are lead on this. Brinton was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. last night in their home.”

On Thursday afternoon, Brinton appeared before a judge via closed-circuit television from the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where Judge Victor Del Pino declined to release him and ordered him extradited to Virginia. Brinton did not have a lawyer or any supporters or press, other than The Daily Wire, at the hearing. A public defender spoke for him temporarily, despite his not being eligible for a public defender because of his income. He was wearing a blue jail jumpsuit and a mask.”

Additionally, according to a criminal complaint, last year, Brinton was also charged with stealing a woman’s suitcase from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Allegedly, Brinton removed a luggage tag from a navy-blue Vera Bradley suitcase bag, dropped the removed tag into his handbag, and “then left the area at a quick pace”, on September 16, 2022.

Apparently, Brinton has a fetish for expensive looking luggage, with similarly expected contents and just cannot keep from taking what is not theirs (his). One wonders, with these two circumstances, how many more pieces of luggage have gone missing over time, that they (he) has had access to. That this person was ever possibly in charge of U.S. nuclear waste is shocking.

This is what looking for unique persons to fill a “progressive punch card” nets you. Sadly, the Biden administration is full of individuals of Brinton’s’ caliber, who should have been vetted for their personal character and abilities to fulfill the job offered, rather than representing their lifestyle and sexual orientation. Brinton’s hiring, is just another huge Biden administrative blunder - among many.
