After he used the platform Thursday to share an image of a swastika merged with the Star of David, Elon Musk’s Twitter suspended rapper Kanye West. The tweet, as Breitbart News reported, was a continuation of his newfound “love” for both Nazis and Jewish people, even as history records the Nazis murdered six million Jewish people.
After his interview with Alex Jones, where West revealed he loves Hitler, Nazis, and Jewish people while denying the first two combined - to murder six million of the latter, all while visiting misery on millions more across Europe during World War II, the rapper posted the offensive image.
This suspension comes just two months after his last ban. Musk confirmed the suspension by replying to West’s post of an unflattering photo of Musk. West called it his “final tweet.” To which Musk tweeted -
“I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended,”

Reportedly later, West posted a screenshot showing that he was locked out of his account for 12 hours on Truth Social, which is the same social media platform created by former U.S. President Donald Trump.
Leading to his suspension from social media platforms, West’s questionable past remarks have been his undoing. Further, his talent agency dropped him and companies like Adidas cut ties with him. West’s Twitter account was previously locked after he posted that he was “going death con 3 ON JEWISH PEOPLE”, before alleging he was not “anti-Semitic, because black people are actually Jew also.” He also accused record producer Sean “Diddy” Combs of being controlled by “the Jewish people” in a separate post on Instagram.
It seems that Mr. West, does not know how to limit his own speech, to that which is of a less than caustic nature. That he has to be banned by more than one social-media outlet, is clear evidence that he needs a guard over the door of his lips. As a child he obviously did not learn how to be self-governed and now people like Elon Musk must assist him in doing so by banning his commentary. That he was allowed to come back was perhaps Musk’s’ bigger mistake.
