Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devon Archer, presented himself this week, Monday, to give live closed-door testimony to the House Oversight Committee in the Republican-led investigations into President Joe Biden's son. In the Committee’s140 page transcribed testimony, that Fox News obtained, Archer shared the importance of Joe Biden to his son Hunters business dealings.
In his testimony, Archer told House investigators, that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on the speakerphone more than 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand.” One of those dinners included a meeting involving China, with Jonathan Li of BHR Partners.
The outlet reported that-
“Archer told investigators that Hunter Biden used his "very powerful name" to "add value" in pitching and securing foreign business ventures.”
“Archer said Hunter Biden "would not be so overt," or "overtly" say "we’re going to use my dad for this," but instead, Archer said that he would use it to "get leverage."
"Defensive leverage that the value is there in his work," Archer said.”
"The value that Hunter Biden brought to it was having—you know, there was—the theoretical was corporate governance, but obviously, given the brand, that was a large part of the value," he continued. "I don’t think it was the sole value, but I do think that was a key component of the value."

Then, on Wednesday, with more personal insights, Archer was interviewed by Tucker Carlson, during an interview released on Twitter.
Reportedly, Archer was Hunter Biden’s best friend in business. Together they sat on the Burisma Holding’s board. Further, they co-founded BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund.
In the interview Archer told Carlson, that the “Biden brand” is
[an] “abuse of soft power,” adding…“Obviously, the brand of Biden, you know, adds a lot of power when your dad’s vice president”.

Of these meetings, Archer told Carlson-
“I don’t know if it was an orchestrated call-in or not,”… “It certainly was powerful, though, because if you’re sitting with a foreign businessperson and you hear the vice president’s voice, that’s prize enough. I mean, that’s pretty impactful stuff for anyone.”

Archer described the business situation, that he was used to, in which Joe Biden called Hunter Biden, who flipped the call on speakerphone. Archer explained-
“Sometimes it was the call was coming in, and the speaker would go on. So it was [sic] it’s just the president,” …“The power to have that access in that conversation - and it’s not in a scheduled conference call - and that’s a part of your family. That’s like the pinnacle of power in D.C.,”

In this interview, Archer told Carlson that Hunter Biden specialized in providing Burisma-

“So really, the business of Washington is selling access.”

“Understanding a regulatory environment means selling access,”…“He [Hunter Biden] knew a lot of people. But obviously, there were some familial, you know,”…adding… “And obviously, I know you’re pointing to the father being the key relationship.” Concluding...“It’s an abuse of soft power,”

Archers testimony is very eye opening, together with the vast numbers of monies received across a plethora of shell bank accounts, that the House is piecing together at present. That Asher came forward to tell the truth and was able to do so – no thanks to the DOJ who tried to stop him - is astounding. Perhaps, the truth will finally get its place in sun, making it to court and the “Biden” family enterprise will be put to rout, as well as both Joe and Hunter.
