The Carolina Panthers, added their first transgender NFL cheerleader, in March of this year, Justine Simone Lindsay, who made the Panthers’ ,‘TopCats’ cheerleading squad. On Instagram Lindsay posted-
“Cats Out the Bag you are looking at the newest member of the Carolina Panthers TopCats Cheerleader’s @topcats as the first Transgender female,” Lindsay wrote on Instagram. “I would like to thank the beautiful and talented dancers who supported me along the way alumni TopCats family and friends for your love and support.”

Although the ‘TopCats’ didn’t formally announce that 29-year-old Lindsay was transgender, they reported to The Spun, that the squad knew Lindsay was transgender from the beginning. In a statement to BuzzFeed News, their ‘TopCats’ Director shared-
“My goal is to create a team of individuals that are absolute fire on the field but are incredible human beings in the locker room, good friends, good people, and at the end of the day, you have to walk through the door first to get to that spot,”

Lindsay, it seems, is the NFL’s first openly trans-cheerleader, though several NFL cheer squads have hired male members. In the same interview with Buzzfeed News, Lindsay add-
“I’m happy because I was able to break down that door and tell people, hey, we are not just sexual beings,” Lindsay concluded. “We are actual human beings who want to better ourselves. I felt like why not tell the world — hey listen, this is a great accomplishment.”

Conservatives are either shaking their heads or having a field day with this news. Most are giving it a thumbs-down and making statements on various social media groups, like the following – “Good, another reason to ditch the NFL”, “NFL now equals Not For Long”, “This has gone too far – Revolting!”, “The moral decay of this country rolls forward” and “ It's funny but sad” just to share a few.
Transgenderism has been around for decades, if not longer. The real question is - why it’s is necessary to focus on how normalized the woke community wants to portray this as, since gender confusion is not a normal state of mind for anyone. The NFL will soon learn, like Disney and Netflix – ‘Go Woke, Go Broke’.
