Motherhood is under attack. The woke left would strip women of this precious title to replace with "birthing person." This is another attempt to erase the role of female from our society and reduce biological woman. Dr. Michelle Morse, the chief medical officer at the New York City Department of Health, recently referred to women as "birthing people," and Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo, did as well. Again the radical lefts are diminishing what females are for their ideologies.
This assault on motherhood is part of the woke left's rejection of biological sex. They believe that gender is a social construct and fluid. This false ideology is dangerous and it threatens the very foundations of our society.
Dr. Michelle Morse, tweeted a series of comments about NYC's "birthing equity" initiative:
Morses comments raised animosity and following tweets stated that her license should be revoked for creating dissension between races.
Similarly, Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo), statement follows the same line of thought:
In addition, NARAL, a heavy leftist group, touts their prochoice doctrine saying,
"When we talk about birthing people, we're being inclusive. It's that simple. We use gender neutral language when talking about pregnancy, because it's not just cis-gender women that can get pregnant and give birth. Reproductive freedom is for *every* body."
These individual and groups want to take away one of the most cherished titles that a biological WOMAN can have. Mothers are the backbone of our society and play an irreplaceable role in the lives of our children. Ripping at our core values, forcing their woke ideals, they disregard the truth and tarnish something that it truly priceless.
