On Thursday, President Biden lashed out at a reporter who asked why the recently discovered, FBI FD-1023 alleges, a criminal bribery scheme between he and a foreign national, referred to him as "the Big Guy." Steven Nelson, New York Post reporter asked, following Biden remarks at an event –
"Why did the Ukraine FBI informant file refer to you as the “Big Guy”, President Biden? Why is that term continuously applied?"

Biden, before staff ushered press out of the room, and obviously annoyed by the question, retorted-
"Why do you ask such a dumb question?"

The incident occurred on Thursday, during an event that was just ending, at the South Court Auditorium at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building in Washington, D.C. Reportedly, President Biden had finished his remarks on protecting consumers from hidden junk fees when Nelson threw out the question.
According to an earlier article by Fox News, on Monday, it has not been a good week for Biden. He would seem is literally being squeezed by the facts that are slowly coming out and the walls appear to be closing in. The outlet reported-
“Sen. Chuck Grassley said Monday that the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden and Hunter Biden kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them as an "insurance policy," citing the FBI FD-1023 form that the bureau briefed congressional lawmakers on.”
“Grassley, R-Iowa, revealed from the Senate floor Monday what was said to be a redacted reference in the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.”

The FBI-generated FD-1023 form, which was brought to light last month by an FBI whistleblower, was finally presented to the Senate Oversight Committee after a full month-long battle between Committee Chair James Comer, the FBI and their director, Christopher Wray. On the eve of a Contempt of Congress Charge – Wray reportedly agreed to reveal a redacted version of the formerly subpoenaed document, to the committee.
Reportedly, the document is based off of testimony from a “highly credible”, confidential human source, who told the FBI in a June 2020 interview - that Biden, while serving as vice president, was paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings. Bidens’ son Hunter Biden sat on the board of Burisma at the time, collecting vast sums of money for no ascertainable work product.
The document reportedly detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. The White House has repeatedly dismissed the allegations as false and have maintained that President Biden has never been involved in his son's business dealings, never discussing them with him.
Reportedly, the document make-reference to "the Big Guy," which has been said to be a reference to Biden himself. However, the Burisma executive reportedly told the confidential source that he "didn’t pay the Big Guy directly." He instead indicated, that the monies would be dispersed across multiple companies, making it nearly impossible to discover or trace the funds.
The actual presence of this form means that FBI agents recorded the unverified comments / allegations from confidential human sources. It simply serves as a record of the communication, expecting the FBI do continue any investigation as needed. It does not validate or weigh information against other information known by the FBI.
In this case it appears the FBI gave Biden a pass, preferring to bury the information at the time. Congress is still trying to get a clear picture as to what was ever done with this information. The truth of the Biden family is like a slow leaking balloon – the hole is small and collapse, though likely eminent, is taking its sweet time.
