A recent legal action against renowned rapper Jay-Z, involving allegations of sexual assault at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000, has been dismissed.
Page Six reported that the case, which also named Sean "Diddy" Combs as a defendant, was abandoned, with all parties denying the accusations.
In October, an individual known as Jane Doe initially filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging sexual misconduct from decades past.
This case took a significant turn when, two months later, Jay-Z was added to the lawsuit, intensifying the media and public scrutiny around the events claimed to have occurred following the MTV awards ceremony.
The lawsuit contended that the complainant, then only 13 years old, was given a drink that made her feel woozy and lightheaded, a precursor to the claimed assault by two of the biggest names in music at the time.
